FEES & CHARGES
We charge a flat rate fee of 6.6% (including GST) of the rental income generated over the course of a tenancy. A let fee of one weeks rent (plus GST) is also payable when we secure a new tenant for a property and a lease renewal fee of $110 (including GST) applies when we renew a tenants lease. Other than that, there are no other charges.
