FEES & CHARGES
We charge a flat rate fee of $2,200 including GST (10 properties) or 1.1% including GST of the purchase price if we are successful in securing a property for you, the client. To illustrate. If the sale price is $500,000, then the final payment to Just Residential is 1.1% of $500,000 including GST, so $5,500 less $2,200 (initial payment) with the balance of $3,300 to be paid on settlement.
